The City Church, our home church, is planting a church in Washington DC and they purchased this appartment building to serve as a base for the people who are staying for long periods of time during the beginning phase. Cliff Gerou is "on the phone" in the photo, Cliff, Chris Vente, Russ Jennings, Dan Belindean, Petru Belindean and I worked for a couple weeks renovating the bottom appartment to be Rick and Jennifer Krakers living quarters for a year.
